We are looking for an Front Office Manager for our 4-star Hotel XXXXXXXX, located in XXXXXXXX.

What will you be responsible for?

• Organize, supervise and control the correct functioning od the department, ensuring compliance with established objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and distribute team tasks, ensuring  appropiate workload and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and verify the correct processing of administrative and quality procedures, in accordance with internal and external regulations.
• Identify training needs within the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of their skills.
• Provide guest service and information at reception, including check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage administrative tasks: invoicing, payments, cash handling, filinf and documentation management.
• Supervise and coordinate tasks assigned to bell staff, ensuring high quality guest service.

What are we looking for?

• Studies in Tourism or similar.
• High level of English.
• Experience as Front Office Manager or at last three years as Assistant Front Office Manager in a similar hotel.
• Knowledge of SAP.
