We are looking for a: Reservations Agent for our Porto offices

What will you be responsible for?

Handling incoming calls
Quoting requests
Monitoring reservations
Confirmations, modifications, sales status, and closures

What are we looking for?

High School Diploma – Hospitality and Tourism
Minimum experience related to internships
Languages:
- English – Advanced level
- Italian– Advanced level
Experience in the sector will be valued
