We are looking for a Receptionist for a temporary contract at one of our hotels located in Sofia.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing room reservations
• Optimizing resources to provide the best customer service quality
• Guest check-in and check-out
• Handling phone calls and managing requests or incidents
• Delivering excellent customer service

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Tourism
• Previous experience in hotels of a similar category
• High level of English and a second language is a plus
