We are looking for an Front Office Manager

What will you be responsible for?

• Supervising and managing daily front desk operations.

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver high-quality service.

• Resolving issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication.

• Maintaining accurate records of reservations and occupancy.

• Assisting with the planning of events and activities.

• Ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience of at least 4 years in Front Office Management roles in the hotel industry, preferably in luxury hotels.

Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.

Customer orientation and commitment to excellence in service.

College degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
