We are looking for someone like you, willing to relocate to Rotterdam to become the Head of Maintenance at our hotel. We seek responsible, dynamic professionals with a minimum German level of B2. We offer breakfast and lunch included, as well as accommodation for the first three months to ensure a smooth transition.

What will you be responsible for?

· Identify all equipment subject to maintenance.

· Verify and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan.

· Inspect the condition of facilities, machinery and equipment.

· Contact and supervise outsourced maintenance services and the development of regulatory inspections.

· Execution of basic current maintenance repairs of the building in coordination with the needs transmitted by the other departments of the hotel, as well as in accordance with the needs found after the execution of preventive maintenance plans.

· Keep Management and the person responsible for Area Maintenance informed about the status of the facilities and machinery, the behavior of suppliers and subcontracted maintenance companies.
