We are looking for a Maître for one of our hotels in Naples, Italy - Eurostars Hotel Excelsior

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing and coordinating the operational activities of the restaurant area, ensuring smooth service delivery (including staff coordination, high‑quality guest attention and efficient service flow during meal periods).
• Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Handling problem‑solving in challenging situations, such as guest complaints or service incidents, providing diplomatic and effective solutions.
• Organising special events, including private dinners, celebrations or themed gastronomic experiences.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Solid knowledge of gastronomy, restaurant service and events.
• Advanced level of Italian (required) and advanced level of Spanish (highly valued).
• High level of English.
• Education in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
