We are currently looking for Front Desk Agents (Full-Time & Part-Time) for one of our 4* hotels in Budapest.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring an excellent first impression by delivering a professional and friendly check-in and check-out experience.
  • Managing reservations, room allocations, and guest requests efficiently through the hotel management system.
  • Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and high guest satisfaction.
  • Managing billing procedures, payments, and cash handling in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with hotel standards, operational procedures, and data protection policies.
  • Supporting upselling opportunities and promoting hotel services whenever possible.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Hospitality is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English is essential; Hungarian and/or any additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • We are open to both full-time and part-time professionals, with flexibility depending on availability and operational needs.
